| Here I have attempted to portray the basic unity of all tribal peoples on earth based on their connection to the land and knowledge of the heavens. At the heart of the painting is the symbol for the Great Spirit, connected to this are thirteen rays each symbolising one of the thirteen moon phases as earth circles the sun each year. (See www.tortuga.com) It is all contained within the sacred circle to protect, amplify and purify the tribes of earth. |
